Customization forms need to be completed within 3 days after purchase! Otherwise pieces will be chosen at random.
Pictures of custom items are sent to the email provided under order!
Millie does not replace rhinestones in the event they may come off. Please treat your items with care.
Order Updates will be acknowledged by email or the Order Update form only. Please do not send various Instagram dm's.
Please be advised that Millie does not send daily emails!
Any delays regarding your order will be posted via milliessweetfix.com or emailed to you.
It is your responsibility as the customer to enter correct phone model, shoe size and/or watch band size. This information will not be changed once purchased.
Please allow UP TO 5 weeks for processing. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Delays MAY OCCUR depending on the volume of orders Millie receives. Millie works solely on her own so please allow ample time for your order to be completed.
All products are handmade by Millie! With this being said Millie does NOT refund, accept returns or offer exchanges.
